P1P1: What a weak pack! I think the Pilgrim is okay here, but personally I would probably take the Geist.
P1P2: I think Falkenrath Noble is the strongest card here.
P1P3: Drake would be fine here but Villagers is fine too (if you had taken the black card)
P1P4: Departure is fine given you would've had two drakes here, but I like Dead Weight better and think you should be in black by now.
P1P7: Spirit is much better than Wurm here.
P1P9: I like this pick a lot!
P1P12: All of these cards should be going this late; Griffin isn't that good.
P1P14: I'd pick the basic land here for signalling, but it probably doesn't do anything.
P2P1: You made the right pick! Ranger is game over against some decks...
P2P3: This isn't easy, but I think I'd have taken the Maniac here.
P2P4: VOLLEY! You already have a Mulch, you're playing Green, and you have the ranger. Splash red!
P2P5: This pick is fine but Mulch would be kind of cute too.
P2P10: No! Take the Grudge, or raredraft for money.
P3P2: Alchemist...?
P3P4: You seem unable to pick Deranged Assistant over a second torch (which is pretty bad in self-mill)!
P3P8: Why not a scarecrow?
P3P9: Why not a curse?
P3P10: Oh man I wish we had a Volley now..?
I don't think you did too shabby here, you seem like you've made a couple of the picks too fast, though. I don't think White was that open, but if you wanted to, you could've had two Alchemists and a Maniac in here and that would've made a sweet blue mill-theme deck... As it is, the deck looks kind of weak and without any real direction to it - a shame. It might still get some wins off random 15 creatures, but it's not a tier 1 draft deck :/
thanks for the comments... not sure if you read the commentary on the raredraft site... but i'm right there with you on my mistakes. i wanted to upload this to illustrate how misreads and mispicks can really affect your draft as a whole. there's a very thin line between a 'tier 1' draft deck as you put it, and just a so-so deck that lacks an overall direction.
P1P2 - I take the Falkenrath Noble here. P1P3 - I would have taken the villagers of Estewald over the stitched drake. p1p7 - I still take the Orchard Spirit cuz it's always solid. P1P12 - Yeah, Abbey Griffin is way better than a 2nd spider which you won't play. P2P2 - I like Outcasts over Viper here. P2P4 - You wanna splash red for Daybreak... BV!!! P2P5 - Nah, I like this pick.
Yeah - I definitely would have moved in on GW earlier, especially with a first pick pilgrim... but c'est la vie.
